About Griffin Schermer:
I'm currently on a journey to own 1,000 new homes in the manufactured housing space. I started a TikTok profile (@grifftherealestatedude) a couple of years ago to document our retail business and new community development and it's slowly starting to take off. Our team is currently working on 3 active community projects and we are building software geared towards the manufactured housing retail/factory space.
In 2019 I graduated from an all-male college in Indiana (Wabash College), where I was a 3 year varsity wrestler on a team that was top 5 in the country all four years I was there. I had a very successful 20 year wrestling career.
I was huge into musical theater growing up where I was part of over 10+ productions from 1st grade until I graduated high school. In high school I played Javert (Les Miserables), Andre (Phantom of the Opera), and more. So, I do have some acting and theater experience.
Today I'm focused on the manufactured housing community project, but I also run a manufactured/modular home retail business. Before I graduated college my family decided to build this business and then eventually have me run the operation. After two years of being mentored by my grandfather I took over the business in 2021.
My experience includes house and multifamily flipping, new construction, BRRRR deals, mobile home parks, single family and multifamily rentals, running and managing businesses.
I am a young entrepreneur who has been running businesses since I was 15. I've also ran a lawncare and furniture moving business. I believe I can provide a unique perspective on real estate through my experiences. Through my current and past deals and businesses I believe I can provide a lot of value through my perspective.
